Quality Policy of NORMEDAN S.L.
Normedan is a a company dedicated to commercialize high quality Medical Products and Equipment in Hospitals and Heathcare Centers. Through a structure based in the human factor we look for the complete satisfaction of our customers in every of our acts.
Our Quality Policy is defined in the following points:
1. To learn and understand our customers needs, trying to put ourselves into their position for living their situation. This way we can offer our customers the best possible solution in each case, either through our products and/or services when it is possible or advising them for other alternatives.
2. To promote in our staff “Team Spirit” values, respect, companionship and good working atmosphere as a main fact for achieving the Company objectives.
3. To ensure to our customers the supply of secure and reliable products, in accordance with the regulations, fulfilling their requirements, with a Quality/Price ratio and delivery times satisfying their needs and expectations.
4. To respect and being worthy to be respected by our customers, suppliers and competitors.
5. To promote and motivate our staff for expressing new ideas and propossals for putting in place and developing continuos improving processes.
6. To provide our staff with the technical means and equipment required to develope their activity in a efficient, safe and healthy way, taking into account and appreciatting their suggestions in this matter.
7. To maintain up to date and fully operative our processes and procedures for management, identification and trazability, incident information and notification, vigilance and withdraw of devices from the market, as stated by the 93/42/CEE directive, that were aproved by the spanish health authorities when they granted Normedan S.L. as legal importer and distributor of Medical Devices.
8. To develope, implant and certify the Quality Assurance System according to UNE-EN-ISO 13485:2004 standard, specific for Medical Products, keeping the Quality Manual and all the related documentation and procedures up to date.
